Students at St Gerald’s De La Salle College in Castlebar have continue to live and share the Lasallian Values with a number of recent initiatives, while also broadening their minds with school tours, and representing the college on the sporting front.

Students at De La Salle College Senior School in Malta have been taking part in a number of activities recently, including volunteering projects and Pink October.

In August this year, Yvonne Joye took part in the District Lasallian Induction CPD, and she has shared her memories of what proved to be a wonderful and uplifting experience.

Three representatives from our District were present at Casa La Salle in Rome for the 10th Formation Course for Directors at RELEM between October 2nd and 7th.

The District of Ireland, Great Britain and Malta, welcomed its newest Principal on Monday October 3rd when Ciara Parris took on the role at St Declan’s Boys National School in Waterford.

On September 23rd, 2022, the District Mission Council met to focus on the preparations for the 2nd District Mission Assembly that will take place in Malta between February 6th and 8th, 2023.

Since September 2021 the District Council, the members of the Office of Mission and other District personnel have been meeting regularly with the facilitation of Caplor Horizons, on strategic change and organisational culture.

Responding to calls for the Lasallian Family to create Intentional Lasallian Community experiences, a group of over 20 Lasallians, Brothers and Partners, gathered at St. Cassian's on Sunday, October 2nd to pray together, get to know each other, talk and dream, and share a meal.
