Br. John shared final De La Salle Rap
Br. John Deeney has shared the final installment of his series of raps on De La Salle. From 1705 the Brothers had been active in Rouen. In 1715 de La Salle finally settled into the Institute’s headquarters there. He died at St Yon on Good Friday 1719.

Downpatrick students compete with Lasallian schools
Downpatrick High School’s Year 9 soccer team took part in the De La Salle Cup, an annual tournament featuring Lasallian schools from the North and South of Ireland. The venue was the renowned Cherry Orchard FC, Dublin.

Sixth Form students making a difference to community
On May 16, De La Salle Sixth Form held its annual Sportsfest & Charity Day, a day filled with sportsmanship. Students united to make a difference and support a great cause while enjoying thrilling sports activities. Money was collected for a local children's residential home.
