The Lasallian Community of Southern England met for the first time this academic year for prayer, reflection, fraternity and planning for year ahead.

Br. John Deeney and Br. Kevin McEvoy are currently in Rome following a course on archives with a group of 40 from around the world.

De La Salle College Sixth Form have made a memorable start to the new academic year as they welcomed a special visitor from the European Parliament and also organised a successful fundraiser.

The 2023-2024 year at St Cassian’s has got off to a great start as we had the first group for the new volunteers which was Albert the Great Primary School.

Two educators from De La Salle College Malta had the opportunity to engage with a fellow Lasallian school in Ireland when they visited St Colman’s National School in Macroom.

The De La Salle Pastoral Centre, Belfast has hit the ground running this year. We’ve enjoyed having the company of Post-Primary students participating in our retreats and the feedback has been very encouraging.

The Lasalle Foundation is inviting us all to join the campaign supporting life on Earth through the Global Citizenship Campaign.

A wonderful Student Leadership Programme for students in Ireland was held in Castletown on Tuesday and Wednesday. Organised by the MEL Committee Ireland, it proved to be a very successful event with insightful presentations.

A special prayer service calling for peace in the Middle East was held on Tuesday October 17, hosted by the intentional Lasallian Community of Southern England.
