As we head towards Christmas all at La Salle Pastoral Centre Castletown give thanks for the many groups that have come to us over the past few weeks, from Offaly, Tipperary, Laois and Limerick.

Students in St. Setons have been giving back to the community this Christmas. They have been busy making Christmas cards for care home residents around Dublin and have been helping with our food appeal for the Simon Community. 

Students and staff at St Illtyd’s have been very active over the past few months and, as always, the Lasallian values have been very much at the heart of those activities.

Throughout the month of November students at St Margaret Ward spent time remembering and praying for those who have died, whether they be relatives and friends of members of our community.

St Cassian’s was a wonderful place to be for the Advent season and the Christmas spirit was evident right around the community in recent weeks.

Activities at De La Salle College Macroom in the past month have included a Christmas concert, mindfulness, drama sessions and a talk on online safety.

Students and staff at De La Salle College Senior School are ending the year on a high with a wide range of events that have made a huge contribution to school life and the local community.

The community spirit that exists in De La Salle College Churchtown was evident as they enjoyed an Advent Service and Christmas Fair.

The team at La Salle Pastoral Centre Belfast created an Advent programme which was delivered to St Teresa’s PS as a full day retreat in the centre.

Schools across the District displayed their talents and festive spirit by helping to create a wonderful District Carol Service 2023.

On Sunday December 10th, the Lasallian Community of Southern England gathered for an Advent Reflection at St Cassian’s Retreat Centre.

For two days in a row, all Form 1 students walked from De La Salle College to the Collegiate Church and Sanctuary of the Immaculate Conception in Cospicua.
