School show is one of many highlights in Waterford

One of the highlights of the year at De La Salle College Waterford is the school show, and this year’s event proved to be another memorable occasion for all involved.

Everyone knows that we put on a wonderful show in the school ever year and this year marked the 44th De La Salle College Musical Society production. "We Will Rock You" took place in the college sports hall in October much to the delight of our packed audiences each night. The rock musical was a fantastic success featuring many of Queen's iconic hits such as "I Want to Break Free" and "Radio GaGa". Huge congratulations to our fabulous cast and many thanks to all of the teachers, parents and volunteers in our community who helped to make it happen.

The show is always a hit every year and it is a great opportunity for students to try musical theatre for the first time, develop their skills, meet new people, or you can help out backstage and front of house. Just going to see the show is a great support.
