Celebrating St Brigid at Beneavin

Beneavin De La Salle, Finglas in Dublin have has a busy return since Christmas with several projects beginning and ongoing within the school.

Beneavin was part of the local Catholic Schools group while the students took an active part in the readings and music in the Mass of our local church.

St Brigid’s Day was marked by a school-wide celebration organised by the De La Salle committee in the school. The students partook in St Brigid’s cross-making and arts/drawing classes. The day was also marked in the staff room with special treats for the teachers organised by the La Salle committee.

The closing date for the school De La Salle competition is coming to a close with numbers creative projects are being entered and to be displayed around the school. The title of this year's Competition is: Our Lasallian World
