Special broadcast as Brother Superior General signs Global Compact on Education

As part of the activities of the 46th General Chapter, next Thursday, May 5th, will see the broadcast of the signing of the commitment to the Global Compact on Education by Brother Superior General, on behalf of the Lasallian Family.

The streaming will begin 11am (IRE & GB) and Noon (Malta) and will be conducted on the Institute's Facebook page and YouTube channel. The broadcast will last approximately 15 minutes.

Also, starting this Thursday, the website globalcompact.lasalle.org will be available so that every member of the Lasallian Family can learn more about the Global Compact on Education and renew their commitment to education. All communities are invited to do the same.

The Global Compact on Education is an initiative of Pope Francis to take action with the view to improve the education of children and young people and thereby promote a more humane, just, supportive, fraternal and sustainable world.
