Retreat Centre enjoys privilege of working with young people

Retreat work continues apace at De La Salle Retreat Centre Castletown and over the last few weeks we have welcomed mainly Confirmation groups to us, in addition to some Third Year and TY groups. We again relocated to the Main House for some of the retreats as the Pastoral Centre was in use with a residential group of adults, and we are grateful once more for the hospitality of the Brothers and the Main House staff.

We also welcomed the Lasallian Competition finalists from various Lasallian schools and it was great to be able to see the wider Lasallian family interact and connect with one another.

St Stephen's De La Salle primary school from Waterford also visited us for their Confirmation retreat and we really appreciate them coming to us - being fellow Lasallians.

We enjoyed the St Patrick's Day holiday and  the Easter break is upon on. We give thanks for all of the groups we have had the privilege of working with this year so far and we look forward to many more after the Easter holidays.

Wishing you all a restful break.
