Register for celebration of Lasallian Women of Hope

Registration is now open for the inaugural global celebration of Lasallian Women of Hope (LWH) on October 1, 2022.

Themed “Streams of Hope: Creating New Pathways”, this event will take place from 6pm to 8pm (IRE & GB) and 7pm to 9pm (Malta). It will be hosted at various locations throughout the world, including Chicago, Illinois; Dasmariñas, Philippines; Nairobi, Kenya; New York, New York; Oxford, England; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea; Providence, Rhode Island; Rome, Italy; and San Francisco, California.

Hosted by La Salle Media, the virtual celebration will feature Lasallians from around the world who are engaged with LWH projects. They will share their stories about how the programme has positively impacted the lives of women and girls.

The programme will also feature time for discussion and two guest speakers, Laura Ballerini, communications director of the Solidarity and Development Secretariat of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, and Heather Ruple-Gilson, co-secretary of Lasallian Association for the Institute.

If you are unable to attend, but would like to support Lasallian Women of Hope, please consider making a donation on the La Salle Foundation website. Contact Maryann Donohue-Lynch at donohuelynch@fscdena.org with questions about the event or for information about hosting your own watch party.
