Many reasons to be proud at St Gerald’s College

St Gerald’s De La Salle College in Castlebar have had a number of events in the last few weeks that they are very proud of.

All at the college would like to thank all the students, staff and parents who helped raise over €2500 for the Castlebar St. Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal. This money will be used to help people in need locally.

Congratulations to the Flanagan Cup Winners 2021/22 and to their managers, Mr. Forde, Mr. Naughton and Martin Costello.

St. Gerald's U16 Basketball team had a great day out this week emerging victorious in the All-Ireland play-offs against Colaiste na Coiribe winning 39 - 31 in Ballinafoyle. They will now play in the All-Ireland quarter finals in Tallaght Arena in the coming weeks. Well done to all the players and their coaches.
