Formation for new SLT members in Malta

The senior leadership teams at De La Salle College and Stella Maris College Malta have recently welcomed new members. Marouska and Aaron are assistant heads at De La Salle secondary school, and Mauro is assistant head at Stella Maris primary school.

Of the three, only Aaron has previously worked in a Lasallian school, so they met for a Formation session together. It was a wonderful opportunity to share thoughts and experiences about what it means to hold such a key position in our schools.

The three share a passion for their new role, and encouraged one another to deepen their sense of identity and mission.
