Enthusiastic response at De La Salle Malta

Students at De La Salle College, Malta, have been very busy over the past few weeks with an enthusiastic response to activities such as, The Prince’s Trust International, Pink October Breast Cancer Awareness, and Be Funky.

The Prince’s Trust International

The Prince's Trust International – Achieve, is a new subject which was introduced at De La Salle College, four years ago.

This is a personal development programme and aims at providing students with skills beneficial beyond school age.

It is an incredibly flexible programme, which makes it accessible to all students.

Some of the topics already covered are Teamwork Skills, Career Planning, Managing Money, Preparing for a Healthy Lifestyle and Community Project.

A surprise task during Image Editing lessons in Form 5, gave our students the opportunity to use the skills they learned to raise awareness and give information about an upcoming event by designing a poster.
