Ella is an inspiration in challenging times

Ella Butterworth, De La Salle School, St Helens, raised over £500 for our local Hospice, Willowbrook by painting pebbles and selling them during lockdown.

Ella is a truly inspiring young person who has brought a smile and hope to many during this challenging time. 

She first started painting the rocks and leaving them on pathways and trails for people to find.

Her call to action was the result of a question posed to the pupils during an online RE lesson – ‘What goal do you want to set for 2021?’
