Angelo helps create a world record

Angelo Magro, from De La Salle Junior School Malta Year 3, displayed his musical talents on a global stage when he took part in Europe’s biggest online orchestra, and guess what? A new world record has been set involving the playing Europe’s national anthem – Ode to Joy by Beethoven.

Participants from 43 countries took part in the European Orchestra to celebrate Europe Day, Sunday May 9th as a total of 1,360 musicians took part. The Record Institute for Germany confirms the new world record.

Angelo is very glad that he represented Malta in this event and in the process was the youngest ambassador on board.

Angelo was part of the European Orchestra
