Dundalk students very active in recent weeks

Students at De La Salle College, Dundalk, have been very busy over the past few weeks as they have taken part in activities to mark ILDP, while there was also a visit to the school from the St Vincent de Paul Youth Development Officer.

During the Lasallian Month of Peace, a number of our students took part in decorating flowers. Each petal represents what's important in the lives of our students and what they care about most.

Many thanks to Sharon O'Connor, Art & CSPE Teacher, for sharing photographs of the students at work.

Neil Lacey, Youth Development Officer for St Vincent de Paul, visited De La Salle College, Dundalk to speak with Transition Year students about the Young SVP Champions programme. Young SVP encourages students to engage in social action and encourages personal and social development.
