District Honours Maureen and Barry Hudd

On February 11th, the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, Barry and Maureen Hudd were honoured by the District with the presentation of the La Salle Star for their services to the District.

The ceremony took place in the Oxford Community, beginning with a prayer service special designed by Br Laurence. During the prayer service, Br Michael, Auxiliary Visitor, presented the Hudds with the La Salle Star.

This was a complete surprise to them as they were expecting just a pleasant evening with the Brothers. The evening ended with a celebratory meal cooked by Br Michael.
