Castletown centre honours Mary during month of May

Over the last few weeks the team at La Salle Pastoral Centre Castletown have welcomed Transition Year groups, Prefects and Confirmation classes from Tipperary, Carlow and Laois to the Centre. We also concluded our online Confirmation retreat sessions with some rural Kilkenny schools.

The Centre also hosted the annual Set Dance and Traditional Irish Music festival during the May Bank Holiday. Although we are not directly involved in the festival, we know that when the dancers arrive, it's a sign that the summer holidays will not be too far off!

Before then, however, in the month of May we had an opportunity to honour Mary, our mother in faith,  and also to mark Founder's Day when we gave thanks for the Lasallian family, past and present.

Over the next few weeks we will conclude our retreats for this year and in June we will meet up with some of our colleagues in the Dublin Pastoral Centre to reflect on and give thanks for another fruitful and enriching year.

As we dance into the summer months, may the Lord of the Dance lead you, wherever you may be.
