Staff appreciation at DLS High School Downpatrick

On the last day before Half-term, the Student Animator Group presented all the staff of De La Salle HS Downpatrick with a “Thank You” Card. The Group wanted to let all the staff know how much their work is appreciated by all the students.

As well as a card, the Group arranged with our Principal Mr. Maguire for a sweet treat to be given to everyone on our wonderful staff. The treats were purchased for our wonderful staff from charity ‘Life Changes, Changes Lives’, that supports those living with the challenges of addiction and mental Health.

The Student Animator Group are really pleased not only are they saluting the efforts of our own staff but also supporting such a wonderful Charity group in our own community.

The boys worked hard, preparing a personal message for everyone who works in the school. They enjoyed the work and are very proud to carry on the work of our Founder who knew how important it is to be sure everyone who works in our school community hears the students say “THANK YOU” for all they do.
