Dundalk students celebrate First Year Mass

First year students in the De La Salle College Dundalk had an enjoyable night at their First Year Mass on Thursday September 22nd. The sermon was led by school Priest Father Paddy Rushe who spoke about this 'Great new adventure' that the students are on.

School Principal Ms. Nicola Connolly spoke about how it is important to remember to love each other at home and at school. Parents, teachers and students gathered in the school canteen after the ceremony for tea and refreshments. 

First years in the De La Salle were also treated to a Day-Out in Tayto Park theme park in Meath. Students went with their Year Head Ms. Edel Nolan and form teachers.
